About the designer

Tae Kenzie’s Designs was founded by Tatum McClung when she was just 15 years old. She began with simple charm earrings that sparked her love for creating. Over time, she realized using premade charms didn’t fully express her creativity, inspiring her to step into the world of clay jewelry. Clay allowed her to design original, meaningful pieces that truly reflected individuality and beauty. Today, she continues to refine her craft and pour passion into every pair, creating jewelry meant to make women feel confident, elegant, and seen.

Our Vision

Growing up,  McClung rarely saw women who looked like her in the business world, and with so few Black women entrepreneurs, it was hard to imagine herself leading a successful brand. Instead of waiting for representation, she chose to become it. Today, Tae kenzie’s Designs strives to inspire and empower young Black women to step into entrepreneurship with confidence and pride. Our vision is to create a future where Black women feel seen and supported, while continuing to build a brand rooted in purpose, empowerment, and representation.
